Deeply connected to this beautiful corner of the world, Tom has created a small, welcoming clinic with a peaceful treatment room and a small gym for rehabilitation and movement.
Within a 10-minute drive of Torquay, it’s a place to slow down, be heard and work towards the things you love doing.

Dr Thomas Allan

A lifelong connection to surfing, and a considered approach to the person behind every injury.
Tom graduated from Victoria University in 2018 and holds additional qualifications in dry needling and cupping. His treatment draws on both direct and indirect techniques, with a strong emphasis on at-home rehabilitative exercise.
Having competed in high-level surfing, Tom understands the demands of the sport firsthand. He now works with the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center, travelling internationally on the world surfing tour to support elite surfers with performance and surfing-related injuries.
That experience informs his care for people from all walks of life. Whether you’re a surfer, returning to activity after a significant injury, or looking for support with everyday movement, Tom takes time to understand your goals and tailor your care.
